One of the most valuable and useful tools in this entire learning process of becoming an Intentional Coach and guiding others on their path to an intentional life is the Double Triangle. Why? When we decide to live with intention—because in the end, it all comes down to a decision—the Double Triangle becomes our best ally. Once we learn to use it, we don't want to let it go. We learn to use it for both simple and big decisions, always aligned with our Purpose, Vision, and Values. When we're young, we tend to live on autopilot, but part of maturing involves making purposeful decisions, and the Double Triangle is there to help us live with intention. This tool will bring us clarity, boost our self-esteem, reduce stress, and we'll be satisfied with the results, even if we have to make some detours.
