Woman, embrace all that you are

Embrace all that you are, your whole being, your whole life, with your flaws, your mistakes, your achievements and talents, your family and friends, your work and wherever you are.

Embrace it and don't be afraid, that is you, and no one else is the same as you.

Your past is a guide for your future but it does not determine you for who you are now.

Don't get stuck in the memories, embracing who you are is to accept what is gone, to live in the present and hope that the future will be better.

Embracing who you are is liberating and brings a lot of peace in your heart, because you no longer have those hurtful thoughts that reproach you for past mistakes, but you leave room for thoughts of hope and forgiveness that help you not to lose your way in the present.

To embrace all that you are is to take your defects by the hand and love them, because they are part of your being and even if you do not believe it, they have helped you and will help you to mature and grow, because from the defects we can get the best to give the best wherever you are.

To embrace your whole being is to be sure of yourself, because you know yourself, you know who you are and what you want, (and even if you are not sure yet what you want, little by little you will discover it) because you are no longer afraid of being wrong and you are more willing to turn negatives into positives and opportunities.

When you know yourself, you are stronger and more decisive, you are able to make decisions with more prudence and wisdom, you are able to say no and say yes when you see fit, you are able to give up what does not let you meet your goals without feeling guilty.

To embrace all that you are, you must first:

Be compassionate with yourself.

Celebrate small accomplishments,

Recognize your own qualities,

Listen to your inner voice,

Understand and understand yourself.

(this helps a lot later to be more compassionate with others).

2. Be more patient with your progress

Everything takes time, especially when you are starting the adventure of self-knowledge.

3. Don't judge yourself

It is easy to be very critical of oneself, because it is difficult to accept that we have failed in something, or that we have not been able to achieve a goal.

Self-criticism should be healthy and non-toxic, it should be constructive and provide us with something positive to improve on what we have failed to do.

4. Give yourself a break and start again

I repeat it a lot in my articles, every day is an opportunity to restart! and I will not tire of repeating it.

Make an effort to live in the present and restart every morning, because my mistakes of yesterday are in the past, my present is NOW and that is where I can learn from myself to improve.

5. Don't be surprised if you make a mistake

Mistakes are inevitable, because we learn from them. Do not be surprised if when you set a goal you do not achieve it, for whatever reason.

We are human beings who inevitably depend on several factors in our lives and this can influence our daily decisions.
